Delivery & Returns
The dispatch time is stated on each product listing, but generally we aim to dispatch stock items within 1-2 working days. Some items are shipped direct from our supplier, which can take up to 3 working days. Please see below for actual delivery times, based on Royal Mail and DPD shipping.
Items/sizes listed as “available to backorder” have an estimated dispatch and delivery time of 7-14 working days.
For orders under 2kg, customers can choose to have their order dispatched via;
- Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel at £3.98 (up to 3 days delivery)
- Royal Mail 1st Class Parcel at £5.40 (1-2 days delivery)
The Royal Mail option is not fully tracked and will not require a signature. Depending on the order and how it is packaged, it may not fit through your letterbox. If you require a fully tracked option or the order is urgent, please choose the DPD option, as Royal Mail are still experiencing intermittent distribution delays due to COVID-19.
DPD Tracked and Signed is offered for all orders no matter the weight and is priced below;
UK Mainland Orders Under £100.00 – £7.90 – Delivery aim next working day
UK Mainland Orders Over £100.00 – FREE – Delivery aim next working day
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man – £15.50 – Delivery aim 2 working days
Northern Ireland – £23.50 – Delivery aim 2 working days
Working days – Monday to Friday. If you require a timed delivery (pre 12) or a Saturday delivery, please contact us direct to request this.
A 1 hour delivery window will be given by DPD on the day of delivery, either by text or email (or both if both details have been provided at order stage). At this point, if the delivery window is not suitable, you can request directly with DPD an alternative delivery day, that the order be delivered to your nearest pickup shop, left with a neighbour or left in a safe place.
Currently we are only shipping internationally to the Republic of Ireland via DPD.
Republic of Ireland – £17.00 – Delivery aim 2 working days
Please note that all import/customs duty and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the receiver. These cannot be pre-determined by ourselves when we dispatch your item, as they are dependent on charges applied when the item is passed through customs. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, providing the order has not been used, damaged or opened, if supplied in branded packaging.
Please email us directly if you wish to return your order. We will not accept returns that have not been notified to us via email first.
