One of our favourite branch shelf designs, we know you’ll love the way this our Willow Branch Shelf looks on the wall in your home, studio, office – or anywhere else you want to display it.
Designed to be fitted slightly higher on the wall to leave plenty of space for a sideboard or other item of furniture below, this solid oak shelf provides a stunning space to store your books, CDs, ornaments and other favourite pieces, all within easy reach. The wooden floating shelf is made from sustainable, solid European oak, comes in right and left hand orientation and will support up to around 60kg.
There are seven beautiful finishes to choose from: rustic and neutral; shabby chic; clean cut; and modern. Shown above with a waney edge (the bark is removed to reveal the natural contours underneath) and our standard oiled finish, you can also choose from bark or square edges and a dark oil stain or limed wax finish. I have come across the branch shelves when searching the Internet for original shelves made from wood.
When I found this version I realized it was no Standard product and did not expect that i could afford it.
Obviously a custom made shelve is not for free but the price is very attractive for what you get.
Strange also to pay the price in advance and wait 3 monhts for the delivery. Not the Amazon style. But again, not the Amazon quality either. From time to time I was kept up to date on the status of my order. That was very important to me to make me feel confident with an internet pre-paid order from a different European country (I ordered from Germany).
Finally I got the shelve earlier than expected, perfectly packaged, perfectly crafted, easy to mount to the wall. Even better than expected!
