The Timco C2 Strong-Fix Yellow Multi-Purpose Screws are suitable for use in a variety of materials, including hardwood, softwood, MDF, chipboard, plastic and thin sheet metal. With their dual angle head, the Strong-Fix screws have an exceptionally high pull-out resistance. This means they are perfect to use in scenarios where optimum holding force is required, such as high load environments and on hinges and brackets.
The C2 Strong-Fix Screws have a number of other features that mean they offer ultimate peformance between materials;
- Double countersunk head with ribs to reduce the chance of head shear and prevent splitting and material damage
- 40° deep single coarse thread for a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance
- Deep recess for a precise and positive drive control on every screw
- Patented twin cut technology for rapid “pick-up” and reduced timber splitting
- Coated with a high molecular polymer lubricant that reduces insertion torque by up to 52%
- Increased rust protection up to 20x longer than a standard zinc plating

- Corrosion rating 2 – occasionally damp/wet, rural and sheltered areas
- All sizes up to and including 75mm have full threads
- Sizes 80mm and over have partial threads with a thread length of 70mm
